How to play Math Puzzle

Objective: Complete ten equations by finding the missing piece.

  1. Choose a difficulty and press Start.
  2. Questions look like ? + 7 = 15 or 12 ? 3 = 36. Pick what fills the gap.
  3. Each puzzle is timed; faster answers score more.
  4. Each round has 10 questions. You see the right answer after every question.

Scoring

100 points per correct answer, up to 50 more for answering quickly, and +20 per answer while on a streak of 3 or more. Getting 60% or more counts as a win.

Difficulty levels

Easy: missing numbers with + and ×, 40 seconds. Normal: adds missing operators, 25 seconds. Hard: bigger numbers, 15 seconds.

Tips

  • Work backwards: undo the operation on the other side.
  • For missing operators, compare the size of the answer with the numbers.
